MEGA recognises that students may have concerns with their attendance, academic performance or other related issues that are placing them at risk of not achieving the requirements of their program or completing within the expected duration.

MEGA will, accordingly, provide an ongoing academic support to students in form of Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) programs or referrals to these programs if needed, course progress intervention and academic support if deemed at risk of not completing the course on time, scheduled learning and study support sessions, and academic support for people with disability and learning difficulties.

Learning support activities and assistance may include (but not limited to);

• One-on-one sessions with trainers/assessors to explain study and assessment requirements
• Tutorials
• References and links to learning tools and resources
• Development of study skills
• Information and explanation of requirements for academic necessities such as online research, group/team work, essays, reports, and preparing documents for submission
• LLN support (see English Language Support)
